Rules for purchases, subscriptions, and storefront use

By accessing the Elumma Studio storefront, creating an account, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a recurring plan, a customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy.

If a customer does not agree to these terms, they should not use the storefront or purchase digital products through it.

Elumma Studio sells downloadable creative assets and may also provide recurring subscription access to a broader content library. Product descriptions, pricing, and included files should be clearly stated on the applicable storefront pages.

Subscription access continues until cancellation or termination under these terms. Any plan-specific billing cadence, renewal timing, and access scope should match the live checkout configuration.

Unless a product page states otherwise, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased assets for their own organization, ministry, or internal brand communication needs.

• Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or package the assets as their own product.
• Customers may not remove any restrictions or usage terms stated on the product page.
• Extended or custom licensing questions should be directed to support before use.

Prices are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled, unless the active checkout flow states otherwise.

Because the storefront delivers digital products and may grant immediate access to downloadable files, refunds should be governed by a clearly stated refund policy that is reviewed by the business before launch. If a refund is offered, it should be handled in a consistent, documented way.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their login credentials. The storefront may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or misuse of the products or platform.

Elumma Studio may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the storefront, product catalog, or subscription offering at any time. Reasonable effort should be made to keep product descriptions and access expectations accurate.

The storefront and its digital products are provided on an as-available basis, except to the extent any specific written warranty is expressly provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elumma Studio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or products.

Liability limits, if used, should be reviewed for enforceability in the jurisdictions where customers are served.
