Before you email

  • Use the same email address you used at checkout whenever possible.
  • Include the product name, subscription plan, or download that is affected.
  • Share screenshots and the device or browser you were using if something looked broken.
  • For billing questions, include the date and amount of the charge so it can be matched quickly.

Downloads and account access

If a purchased pack or free download does not arrive as expected, contact support with the checkout email and the item name. This storefront delivers digital products, so order lookup is usually fastest when the original purchase email is included.

If you cannot sign in or access your account, include the affected email address and a short note describing what happens after login.

Subscriptions and billing

For recurring subscription questions, include whether you are on the monthly or annual plan and whether the issue is about renewal, cancellation, payment method updates, or access.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, contact support before filing a dispute so the team can investigate the order history and resolve the issue directly.
