How customer data is collected and used

This policy explains how Elumma Studio handles customer information across storefront browsing, purchases, subscriptions, downloads, and support.

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Information collected

Elumma Studio collects information customers provide directly, including names, email addresses, checkout details, support messages, and any information submitted through lead magnet or newsletter forms.

The storefront also receives technical data needed to operate the service, such as basic device and browser information, account identifiers, and records related to downloads, purchases, and subscription access.

How information is used

  • Fulfill purchases, deliver digital products, and maintain subscription access.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
  • Respond to support requests and operational inquiries.
  • Send product updates, transactional emails, and opt-in marketing communications.
  • Analyze storefront performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the customer experience.

Payments, delivery, and service providers

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Elumma Studio does not need to store full payment card details directly to complete checkout.

Account, authentication, and application data may be handled by infrastructure and software providers that support the storefront, including hosted database, authentication, email, analytics, and file delivery services. These providers should only receive the information needed to perform their services.

Email and marketing communications

Customers may receive transactional messages related to orders, account access, download delivery, subscription status, and support requests.

Marketing emails should only be sent where there is a valid consent basis or another lawful basis to do so. Promotional emails should include a working unsubscribe method.

Retention, security, and disclosures

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for account support, purchase records, subscription administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and legitimate business operations.

Elumma Studio may disclose information when needed to comply with law, enforce policies, protect rights and security, or complete the services customers request.

Customer choices and privacy rights

Customers can request updates to their information, ask account-related questions, or contact the business about applicable privacy rights by emailing info@elummastudio.com.

Depending on where a customer lives, local law may provide additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain processing. Internal workflows should be in place before launch to handle those requests.
